Youth and Family Trips
Seattle Underground Tour and Klondike Gold Rush National Park
Today you will enjoy two of Seattle’s most unique, historical and hysterical attractions! First stop, the Underground Tour. This humorous stroll through Seattle’s original downtown features a time-capsule view of life prior to the Great Fire of 1889. Tour guides will regale you with side splitting, true stories you won’t believe or soon forget! At the completion of the tour, time will be given for a no-host lunch and area shopping before heading over the Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park. Nor your typical park, this national treasure preserves the story of the 1987-98 stampede to the Yukon gold fields and Seattle’s role in this event and offers a glimpse at the stories of adventure and hardship of the gold rush. Please Note: The Underground Tour includes walking and climbing some uneven stairs and pavement.
