STROLLER STRIDES

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that parents can do with their babies, toddlers or preschoolers.  It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises.  The children are included in our exercises to keep it fun for them too!  Any sturdy stroller is acceptable and exercise equipment for class is provided. 

DAYS AND TIMES

Mondays, 9:30am to 10:30am

Wednesdays, 9:30am to 10:30am

Thursdays, 5:00pm to 6:00pm

Saturdays, 9:30am to 10:30am ~NEW DAY!!

LOCATION:  Hillcrest Park

FEE:  5 class punchcard~ $65/resident or $67/non-resident

10 class punchcard~$110/resident or $112/non-resident

1 month unlimited~ $50/resident or $52/non-resident
