The Library has a number of computers and other electronic resources for your use including:

Eight computers are available for regular Internet access. These workstations also have Microsoft Office, Encarta, and other software resources you may find useful. Patrons may access these computers for up to one hour per day. These computers are available on a first-come-first-served basis. To speed things up for those who just want to quickly check email, one computer has been designated as the express station, and is only available for the first 15 minutes of your hour. To use these stations, please sign up for a Computer Users account at the reference desk. Click here to learn more about account eligibility and our acceptable use policy.

We have one computer with Microsoft Office only. Patrons may use this station for an additional hour each day. A Computer users account is required to use this computer.

Our three Electronic Resource Center computers provide access selected websites, library online subscriptions (ProQuest, Ebsco....), and software such as Encarta. There is no time limit on these computers, however, we ask you to limit your use when others are waiting. These stations do not require a user’s account.

Located in the Youth Service area, our Homework Center is an Electronic Resource Center especially for kids.

Printing is available from the Internet, Office, ERC and HWC computers. Patrons may print three pages per day for free. The Library charges $0.10 per page after the first three.

Three computers with youth educational gaming software are available in the Youth Services area for kids' use.

The Library has online catalog computers in both the Adult and Youth services areas to allow patrons to search our collection.

We maintain a Sorenson Videophone for use by our hearing impaired patrons. It is located in the reference room.

The Library has wireless Internet access available during our open hours. Please see the acceptable use policy for details.
