Mount Vernon Farmers Market 5/29/2010 - 10/16/2010

Saturdays, 9am-1pm, downtown Mount Vernon at the revetment. Fresh picked organic & local produce, flowers, plants, locally made cheese, bread, jewelry, soaps & skin care products, and much more!

Wednesday Farmers Market 6/9/2010 - 9/22/2010

1:30-5:30pm, Skagit Valley Hospital. Many of the same farm vendors as the Saturday market, but in a smaller setting. Come visit for a midweek supply of local produce!

Little Mountain Trail Work Parties 8/28/2010 - 12/11/2010

Volunteer trail building at Little Mountain Park is underway. If you're interested in helping please come to a volunteer work party at 10am-4:30pm on August 28, Sept 11 & 25, and additional dates listed in the attached flyer.

4th Annual Fall Fest 9/25/2010

1st Street, 9am-4pm. Expanded Farmer's Market, antique truck & tractor show, children's activities, family workshops, crafts & vendors, and great entertainment!

Friends of the Mount Vernon Library Book Sale 9/25/2010

10am-4pm, outside between the library and City Hall, adjacent to 1st Street. Includes sale of gently used books & other items. Proceeds help support the City Library.

Skagit Valley Festival of Family Farms 10/2/2010 - 10/3/2010

10am-4pm. Explore 13 farms in Skagit Valley, including dairy, vegetable, livestock, organic, orchards, shellfish, berry & vineyards. Lots of kids activities, family fun, tours and good things to eat!
